A Special BG21 Tribute To A Good Friend

As we all know the Red Ring Of Death Issue has struck many a gamer in their finest hour. RROD has crippled so many 360’s that MS made an official annoucement that they were rolling out an 1 billion dollar apology to all the affected gamers. This cost includes an extended 3 yr warranty, refunds to all the gamers who paid to have the RROD fixed, and all the shipping cost that revolves around sending your 360 in and getting it back. My 360 was no more immune to this sickness as any other gamer who’s 360 came from the launch batch of consoles. So on Feburary 1st my partner in gaming went down for the count. I spoke with MS customer support the very next day so I may recieve my pre-paid ambulance. The call lasted about 16mins and my transport for my sick friend arrived on Friday the 8th. I turned around and sent it out the very next day, and MS recieved my ailing friend on the 11th and to my surprise manage to work a miracle and sent it back out to me on the 12th. So while I write the accounts of my friends sickness and recovery, it’s being transported back to it’s home. So on Tuesday the 19th, I’ll have my friend back. Halo fridays will come back in grand fashion and I’ll be able to return back to console gaming. So the next time you hear someone online screaming about “Bullets and Sunshine”, it’s me Kid Sidious and I’m fortunate that MS owned up to their mistake and stood behind their product.

Yo I got it back yesterday and it was a brand new system, and it sounds a lot quieter then the old one. Gaming has come back home. Thanks MS!
